Now I am struggling to figure out how to find how to send back this worthless piece of junk. Needless to say my niece was disappointed. Very disappointed and it looks like I will be stuck for this crappy thing. What a hunk of junk. When opened on Xmas discovered the batteries dead, instructions were for a radio and not a cd player, missing the plug. I should have bought it from Toys R Us.
I would skip this and find a more reputable one in pink. Additionally, it skips ALOT. We loved the design, the pink is very pretty & the earbuds look cute. However, we ended up replacing the earbuds immediately. It starts itself over midsong, and eats batteries like candy.
